A True Work Of "ART"
This goes to show you that you can find ART and Texture everywhere. In this case I found it on a sewer grate.

Gabriel's "Ent"
My four year old Grandson Gabriel saw this photo and screamed "Grandpa saw an ent!" He was very excited since he loves "The Lord of the Rings" and remembers the tree people called "Ents" and the one called "Treebeard". This is a photo of a tree in East Stroudsburg, PA that I was shooting for the texture. When working on it I thought I saw something more and flipped it upside down and this is what was there. I still is interestig for the texture but I love the shape even more. Thank you for the name, Gabriel.

Rusty Hinge
Found on an old garage door in Stroudsburg, PA this hinge and painted door frame are a wonderful example of natural texture.

Railroad tracks in East Stroudsburg, PA. Obviously these have not been in use for quite a while.

Barn Ramp for Cows
Found in Farmington, Ct. this ramp to lead cows in and out of the barn was a wonderful example of weathered and used wood. The texture can't be beat.

This building was destroyed by a fire in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. A number of businesses were ruined as a result. I came across this window in the alley on one side of the building. The heat has peeled the paint and the panes of glass are shattered. I call this photo "Shattered Dreams".
